What, how, who, where?
Because we tailor our service for each event send us an email so we can get in touch to confirm your individual requirements and date availability. We will then arrange further informal consultations to ensure that we provide you with various package options for you to choose the most appropriate for your budget. Our mobile bars can be set up anywhere from a marquee, village hall to a back garden; we just need electricity points. Once the event is confirmed, we require a booking fee, no security or damage deposits are required. A copy of our terms and conditions are available on booking.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Warwickshire however we can travel to any event or function be it near or far. We have done events in Hampshire, Surrey, London and Rutland to name a few.
Can you give me an instant quote?
All of our events are tailored to the client however we do have set packages that you can choose from. We ensure that your requirements and expectations are always met so if these do not suit your needs, we will work with you to create a bespoke package.
Do we need a licence?
Sip 'n' Swig will ensure that the required TEN or premises licence is in place. Giles Stagg of Sip 'n' Swig holds the personal licence.
Can you supply glasses?
Yes. Although we don't always supply these ourselves, we do work closely with companies who specialise in catering hire. We do have limited glassware for smaller parties and cocktail events.
Do you take card payments?
Yes we have a contactless payment terminal however there is often limited signal at outdoor events, so cash is always recommended.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance.
